The forum has an rss feed which can be accessed at http://lotecsoftware.com/forum/rss.php

To access a specific forum add f=<number>
example for BombSweeper: http://lotecsoftware.com/forum/rss.php?f=2

Just wanted to bump this. It's really good to add the RSS feed to your RSS reader. I use iGoogle ( http://www.google.com/ig ) which is a great start page. I almost instantly knows when someone posts because of this.
